Plans at a glance

Every plan enforces two numbers: how many concurrent sessions your workspace can have, and how much data a single session can hold.

Free

  • Up to 20 concurrent sessions
  • 2 KB per session

No cost

Base

  • Up to 100 concurrent sessions
  • 4 KB per session

$19/month after Beta

Pro

  • Up to 1,000 concurrent sessions
  • 20 KB per session

$49/month after Beta

A session here means one signed-in user’s active session, the same one you read about in the Integration Walkthrough. The per-session limit is the total size of everything that one session has saved, not a per-request cap.

Prices shown are post-Beta

You can change plans freely during Beta. The prices listed above are what Base and Pro will cost after Beta ends — they are not being charged yet.

Changing your plan

Change your plan from the General tab in Workspace Manager. Upgrading raises your limits immediately. Downgrading is not always immediate:

A downgrade is blocked if your workspace currently exceeds the target plan’s limits — for example, moving from Pro to Base while you have more than 100 concurrent sessions, or any session holding more than 4 KB. Bring usage under the target plan’s limits first (revoke or wait out excess sessions, or reduce stored payload), then downgrade.

What happens if a paid period ends without downgrading

On environments where paid checkout is available, the General tab also shows cancel and resume controls. The distinction between the two matters:

  1. Cancel stops auto-renewal only. Your plan keeps working until the current paid period ends — cancelling does not immediately change your limits.
  2. You still have to downgrade to Free yourself. Cancelling is not the same action as downgrading, and the workspace does not do it automatically when the period ends.
  3. If the paid period ends without a downgrade, end-user session access locks until you downgrade to Free — this is the grace period. New and existing sessions cannot be used by your end users while it is active.
  4. Owners keep access during the lock. You can still list and revoke sessions from the Sessions tab the whole time — the lock affects end-user access, not your ability to manage the workspace.

Downgrading to Free at any point during the lock lifts it immediately.

Where to manage this

Everything above — current plan, cancel/resume, and downgrade — lives in the General tab of Workspace Manager. See General for the rest of what that tab controls, and Sessions for listing and revoking sessions directly.
